Average bonus payment per month for performance on target - £300

Average bonus payment per month for performance above target - £600

Average bonus payment per month for performance exceeding targets - £1400

We are currently recruiting Outbound Sales Agents to join Unisono on their journey, based within their Facility in Larbert you will be working in a fast-paced environment making outbound calls to promote the benefits on offer by their Client Scottish Power.

Essential experience/skills

Previous sales either Inbound or Outbound Telesales, Field, Car Sales or a similar environment
Proven track record meeting/exceeding KPI's
Excellent communication skills
Computer literate
Sales driven with determination to succeed
Team player

Hours of work

Monday - Thursday 1pm - 9pm and Friday 12 (noon) - 8pm or
Monday - Thursday 5pm - 9pm and Friday 2pm - 6pm
Both roles will require 2 weeks full time training Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm thereafter continued coaching and support will be provided
